We filter out contracts under $5,000, where the affidavit is folded into a combined form, and anything that started in the last two years, where the work may simply not be finished. What is left is worth a look, not an accusation.

No. The Affidavit has to be submitted from your own My L&I account, by you or whoever handles your filings, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something they cannot deliver. What we prepare is the paperwork around it: what the published record shows, which approval is missing, who filed above you on the job, and a letter to the awarding agency asking them to confirm the status.
